When you submit an event inquiry, The Piano Room NJ saves your name, email address or phone number, preferred reply method, event date, venue or town, service choice, and any details you provide so Vito Barbiera can respond and discuss your booking.

The form also saves campaign and ad-click identifiers when present, to understand which advertising leads to inquiries. Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as submitting an inquiry or clicking a contact link. The custom inquiry event does not include your name, email address or phone number, preferred reply method, event date, venue, or message.

Inquiry details are stored through the website’s hosting service. A daily hash derived from your IP address helps limit spam; the form does not store the raw IP address. The hosting and analytics providers may process technical connection data as part of operating their services.

Your information is used for handling your inquiry and understanding campaign results, and is not sold. For questions about your data or to request deletion, email pianoroomnj@gmail.com.

Submitting an inquiry does not take payment or reserve a date. A signed agreement and deposit are required to book.
